Everything you need to begin your ritual, beautifully stored in a keepsake wooden box. This set includes all essential tools — whisk, chawan (bowl), scoop, sieve, whisk holder — plus our signature empty violet-glass container, designed to preserve the freshness of your favorite matcha. Matcha itself is not included, so you can fill the jar with any matcha you choose.

Note: Bamboo and glass are natural, fragile materials. Small variations in color/size/engraving or air bubbles are normal.
Care: Rinse bamboo tools with lukewarm water only and store the whisk on its holder. Hand wash glass items gently. Do not use soap on bamboo or put any items in the dishwasher.

At aōza, we aim to deliver your matcha as smoothly and swiftly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing time
All orders placed before 16:00 on business days are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Shipping within the EU
- Free shipping on orders over €45
- For orders under €45, shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Delivery times (after shipping)
- The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- EU: 2–7 business days, depending on the destination
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your matcha all the way to your door.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened matcha cannot be returned.
